the retreat

Hot Yoga Retreat Sri Lanka is one of a kind. Set on a white sand beach looking out onto the Indian Ocean, the retreat nestles within a tropical garden full of fruits, flowers, trees and coconuts.

The retreat (pictured) is run as a family business and has been serving travellers from all over the world for over a decade.

A five minute walk from the ocean, the retreat is at the heart of Hikkaduwa beach, one of the most popular destinations in Sri Lanka.

Here you can be inspired and focus deeply on your practice whilst surrounded by like-minded people from all over the world.

the rooms

All of our rooms are cooled by sea breeze, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The rooms are cleaned every day and have capacious nets to protect you from the few mosquitos that can survive so close to the ocean.

Every single one of our rooms has access to a veranda and each comes equipped with a wifi connection in case you need to check in with life at home.

The retreat has a lock box available for your use.

the food

In the retreat our goal is to serve the freshest, healthiest food you can get, every day.

The choice includes meat, fish and vegetarian meals, home-grown Sri Lankan curry dishes as well as Western options too.

After each yoga session you can choose between a fruit juice made in our juice bar or coconut water from a coconut growing on our grounds supplied on request.

Our Bed & Breakfast offer includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner are always listed on our daily menu. You’re welcome to sample some of the local restaurants which offer the finest quality fish straight out of the ocean as well as quality European cuisine.
